Itinerary

Day 1 : Board cruise in Dubrovnik
The start of your 12 day adventure! Transfer from Dubrovnik Airport, or from hotel in Dubrovnik, to the harbor for embarkation (from noon onwards). Meet your fellow shipmates and your Cruise Manager later during the on-board welcome reception. Use the evening to relax or walk through Dubrovnik’s vibrant streets.

Day 2 & Day 3 : Discover Mljet, Korcula & Hvar
Enjoy a walking tour of Dubrovnik visiting the Rector’s Palace and Franciscan Monastery’s Pharmacy. Then time to depart on sail for Mljet Island. Enjoy the spectacular scenery then continue towards Korkula. Following day enjoy a walking tour of Korkula through its narrow, cobbled streets and a visit to the majestic Cathedral of St. Mark. Then sail to Hvar with arrival in the afternoon and sightseeing tour including the Franciscan Monastery and much more. Evening free to explore further on your own and dine at own at one of the many restaurants in town.

Note: Due to the limited capacity of the Hvar harbor (during peak season in July and August) port of call can be substituted for Stari Grad/Jelsa. In that case transfer by bus will be organized to and from Hvar.

Day 4 & Day 5 : Explore Bol, Split, Trogir & Sibenik
Sail to Bol and time to enjoy the unique & vast, golden pebble beach. Continue to Split and walking tour of the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. See the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. Evening is free in Split. The following day sail for the UNESCO-listed city of Trogir. Your time here is free to explore on your own before lunch on board as you sail to Sibenik, stop on the way for a swim. Arriving in Sibenik, a walking tour shows you the highlights, evening is at leisure in town.

Day 6 & Day 7 : National Parks of Krka & Kornati then on to Zadar
The Sibenik area is home to two National Parks, Krka, with its breathtaking waterfalls, and Kornati, comprised of more than 140 islands. Today is devoted to these scenic destinations before you sail to Sali, evening enjoy a captain’s dinner on board. Later the following day arrive to Zadar and during a walking tour of the historical center see the defensive walls built in the 16th century, the ancient Port Gate where the Venetian lion still stands guard, the Square of the Five Wells, Church of St. Donat, Roman Forum (1st century BC) and the largest cathedral in Dalmatia, St. Anastasia. Evening free at leisure in the city.

Day 8 : Natural beauty of the Plitvice Lakes - Opatija
Bid a fond farewell to your crew and begin the journey on land heading north to stunning Plitvice Lakes National Park. Walk around several of the lower lakes, enjoying breathtaking scenery with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Continue to Opatija and walk along the “Lungo Mare” (Seaside Promenade) and see the city’s famous and interesting sights.

Day 9 : Amphitheatre & Basilica
Today head out and during orientation tour discover the strategic port of Pula & visit the Amphitheater, sixth largest of its kind still in existence. Then to the beautiful resort of Rovinj and some free time to explore the old town. Arrive Porec and visit the Basilica of Euphrasius before return drive back to Opatija.

Day 10 : Postojna Cave
Head into Slovenia and visit the beautiful Postojna Cave, one of the largest in Europe. A fascinating subterranean world visited by miniature electric train. Continue to Venice.

Day 11 : Romantic Venice
Your walking tour of Venice begins from the famous St. Mark’s Square, visiting St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace. View the Bell Tower and Bridge of Sighs before visiting a glassblowing factory for a demonstration of this traditional Venetian art. Remainder of the day is free to explore on your own or add an optional gondola ride. Evening gather for a farewell dinner and spend the last hours with newfound friends.

Day 12 : Departure
